Gina has worked in the advocacy field for most of her working life. She started out as a domestic violence and rape crisis advocate/counselor then moved into law enforcement for a few years. In December of 2004 she landed at DAC, left briefly and then came back. She feels that living independently is something like a living work of art because balance has to be worked on every day. She enjoys advocacy, believes in Independent Living and considers her co-workers at DAC to be family. Her words to live by are “listen more than you speakâ€.. |
